Thank you for shopping with Jivani & Co. We want to ensure your complete satisfaction with your jewelry purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please review our policy below:

Eligibility for Return and Exchange:

Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

The item must be in its original condition, unworn, and undamaged.

All original tags, packaging, and certificates must be included.

Custom-made or personalized jewelry cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team at Jivaniinfo@gmail.com. They will guide you through the process.

Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package to facilitate the return process.

Return and Exchange Process:

You are responsible for shipping the item back to us securely, using a trackable shipping method.

We recommend insuring the package to protect against loss or damage during transit.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund or exchange within [X] business days.

Refund and Exchange Options:

Refund: If you choose a refund, we will credit the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Exchange: If you prefer an exchange, we will gladly assist you in choosing another piece of jewelry of equal or lesser value. If the new item's value is less than the original purchase, we will issue a refund for the difference.

Non-Returnable Items:

For hygiene reasons, earrings that have been worn cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Items purchased during special sales events or promotional offers may have different return and exchange terms. Please check the specific terms and conditions of the promotion.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for the return and cover the shipping costs. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, as per your preference.

Return Shipping Costs:

Unless the return is due to a defective or damaged item, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
